Caitlin Houlton is an extraordinarily positive team player who’s both talented and bright.  Caitlin deserves this recognition largely because she supports EVERYONE in the organization.  She is pulled in many different directions each day and handles every task with willingness and grace.

Caitlin has worked diligently to complete our new corporate and property websites and has earned the title as the new company expert.  Her ability to research and solve problems is critical as we continuously create new projects and design new programs.  She has willingly stepped into any position or role where needed and has “held the rope” for most of us on several occasions!  Caitlin is dependable and the quality of her work is exceptional.  She always presents herself well in her actions and demeanor and is outstanding at anticipating the needs of her coworkers. 

She excels beyond expectation and has proven to be an invaluable asset to the organization.  Caitlin responds to our corporate Resident Care Line each day and insures that our residents receive outstanding customer service and response.  Caitlin’s personality is delightfully engaging and she brings a sense of humor and enjoyment to any occasion.  We’re pleased and honored to have Caitlin as part of the Timberland Partners Team!

Tanai is no ordinary Leasing Consultant! She joined our team in late 2010, splitting her time between Eagle Creek and Claremont, and she has gone above and beyond to make both communities outstanding places to live. Not a day passes when Tanai does not offer a willing hand to her teammates while still completing all of her own work. While her manager was out of the office recently, she “held the rope” by stepping up to take on extra work with pride and a smile. She leased an impressive 21 apartments during September and October while also maintaining a consistent 40% closing ratio. Tanai is truly an Extraordinary Team Member, and we are so lucky to have her on the Timberland Partners Team!
